What if I contact customer service and they are not open?

If your request has arrived after hours, or on the weekend or U.S. holiday, you will receive a message telling you that your request has been received. You will then hear from our team as soon as possible the next business day.

How do I get the Traktivity App?

You can download our iOS App through the App Store. We are working on an Android App and will be announcing its release at a future date. For now, our Android users can use the web-based platform to log activity and see results!

How is Traktivity different from Teamzy?

Traktivity offers the ultimate in convenience for the network marketer on the go. How do I import my contacts to Traktivity?

I’m seeing duplicate contacts, how do I fix this?

If you have manually changed the name of a contact, it’s possible that a duplicate will be created when you update your imported contacts, if the previous name is still the name of record in your imported files.

Once your contacts are in Traktivity, you can select the contacts you need to merge, click the bulk edits button, and select Merge. You will have the opportunity to review the information fields and select which one is best for that contact.

What happens to my deleted contacts?

Contacts that you mark as deleted will be hidden from your Win The Day suggestions and your contact list.

What do the stars mean?

A selected star icon indicates that this person is on your Dream Team. Select the star for your hottest and most dynamic prospects - those who you can’t wait to share the opportunity with!

How can I sort my contacts with additional information like how we met?

You can use our Tags to create and assign as many categories as you wish to your contacts. Whether you want to tag some users as “sorority sisters” or “baseball moms,” or you want to categorize by how you met them - “Trish’s holiday party,” “church social,”, tags are your friend.

What if my contact is already working with another consultant?

You can update their contact record to show this! Open their Contact Card and select the pencil (edit) icon. Change their Contact Type to Customer, and then in the Sponsor field, select their Consultant. Click Save to finish, and you’re all done.

How does the referral program work?

For each person you refer who has an active subscription that month, you’ll receive a $1 credit toward your Traktivity subscription. For instance, if you refer 5 people who subscribe to Traktivity, you’ll get $5 off that month’s rate. If 4 of them continue their subscription into the next month, you’ll get $4 off. Keep referring to earn Traktivity for free!

I want to have a custom training for my team, do you offer this?

Yes! We would love to schedule a custom training for your network marketing team. Send a note to with information on your team size and your specific goals, and we’ll set up a training.

How do I update my email address or other information?

You can edit your email address, birthday, timezone, and more all from your Profile page. Select Profile from the top right menu and click the edit button in the top right corner. Once you've made your updates, be sure to press Save.

How do I update my billing information?

It's easy to change your credit card or update your billing information. Simply select the Billing page from your Profile menu. You'll see an option to Change Credit Card information. Click to adjust your information, then save your changes. You're all set!

How do I change my Traktivity plan?

Want to upgrade to TRAKstar PRO? Have a tight budget for a few months and need to scale it back to our basics plan? It's easy to change your subscription. Select the Billing page from your Profile menu. You'll see a button that says Change My Plan. It's also easy to Compare Plans right from the Billing page, so you'll know exactly what you can expect once you make any changes. Once you've selected your desired plan, click Update and you'll be all set!

What’s the difference between a referral code and a coupon code?

Your Referral Code is used right at the very beginning of your account creation process. You'll receive a referral code from a friend or a business partner. This code extends your free trial for an extra 14 days. Once you're a TRAKstar yourself, you can share your own Referral Code with others, and receive $1 off per active user per month. Win for you, win for them!

What about your Coupon Code? This is a special discount or promotion offered by Traktivity, and you'll apply this code on your Billing page. Right above your credit card information and below your plan selection, input your Coupon Code. When you review your cart, you'll see the discount or promotion applied to your total charge.

How do I cancel my Traktivity subscription?

We’re sad to see you go; please contact us at to share the reason for your cancellation; we’ll see if we can solve your problem and if not, we’ll assist you with cancellation.
